I am back again with some more ideas which will give you a relaxing sleep. So, the following are some cure for your sleep problem:-
- Visualization
- Meditation
You might not have much control over where you sleep, but there might still be small changes you can make. For example:-
- Try different temperatures, light, and noise levels to see what works for you.
- A lot of people like dark, quiet, and cool environment best, but everyone differs
- If you can't sleep in the dark try to keep the lamp switch on or put a night bulb in your room
- If silence makes it harder to sleep, listen to music, the best thing to listen is Nature sound
You could try the things mentioned below:-
- Avoiding screen an hour or two before you go to bed
- Cutting down on screen time before you try to sleep
- Avoid stimulating activities, for example:- playing games
- Use blue light filter, night mode, or dark mode
- Adjusting other filters such as - lower the brightness, use silent mode, flight or airplane mode, or do not disturb mode.
- Focus on your diet
- Do some physical activities
