Cure To Sleep Disorder #2

 


Hey, Beautiful people,
I am back again with some more ideas which will give you a relaxing sleep. So, the following are some cure for your sleep problem:-
  • Visualization
For example:- Picture a scene that has pleasant memories for you, that you imagine would be a calming or peaceful place to be. 
  • Meditation
Some people find it helps to try meditation techniques, you can check out some yoga classes for it of you can also search on youtube for free yoga sessions.

You might not have much control over where you sleep, but there might still be small changes you can make. For example:- 
  • Try different temperatures, light, and noise levels to see what works for you.
  • A lot of people like dark, quiet, and cool environment best, but everyone differs
  • If you can't sleep in the dark try to keep the lamp switch on or put a night bulb in your room
  • If silence makes it harder to sleep, listen to music, the best thing to listen is Nature sound 
Using screens in the evening, including on tablets and mobile phones can negatively affect your sleep.
You could try the things mentioned below:-
  • Avoiding screen an hour or two before you go to bed 
  • Cutting down on screen time before you try to sleep 
  • Avoid stimulating activities, for example:- playing games 
  • Use blue light filter, night mode, or dark mode
  • Adjusting other filters such as - lower the brightness, use silent mode, flight or airplane mode, or do not disturb mode. 
The most important thing to note is:-
  • Focus on your diet
  • Do some physical activities
