Welcome to the 21 Day Happiness Challenge!  I am excited to share this journey with you. The CHALLENGE part of this Blog is to COMMIT to completing it until 21 days end. Do this for YOURSELF because you deserve it! Plus, the happier you are, the more your happiness will overflow onto those around you, impacting those you love as well. 
This is divided into 3 sections, each one focusing on a different area: 
1. First, we’ll focus on creating a happiness ROUTINE. This is the most important part of the challenge, as it helps you create a habit and routine for creating happiness in your day. Each of the first 7 days offers a new PROCESSOR ACTIVITY which you are challenged to do that day. However, the bigger challenge is to continue to repeat each new activity EVERY DAY, each day adding to the ones before.
 2. The second section is designed to create a happy mind. We’ll explore the power of mind—how thoughts create emotions which lead to actions that reinforce the beliefs that caused the thoughts.
 3. The third section is all about creating a happy life by taking action and empowering yourself to do the things that bring joy to your life.
